Our Practicum
During the four-day field excursion in Nha Trang, we had opportunities to work together to demonstrate microteaching and deliver a presentation at the University of Nha Trang's workshop. Additionally, many meaningful activities was conducted during the exchange with the Pacific Ocean University. Overall, this field excursion was a positive experience for all of us, and as a result, we have all written reflection papers on the practicum course.

Group Portfolio
Reflecting on our teaching practicum, we are grateful for the opportunity to apply our TESOL/ELT knowledge. This experience allowed us to put theory into practice and develop our skills as educators.
Throughout this academic journey, we gained a solid foundation in TESOL/ELT through various academic inputs. Theoretical knowledge on language acquisition, teaching methodologies, and second language pedagogy equipped us to plan lessons that catered to our students' diverse needs.
Experiences in TESOL/ELT classrooms during this practicum also contributed to our growth as educators. Observing experienced teachers and participating in teaching practices provided valuable insights into classroom management, lesson planning, and student engagement. We adapted effective teaching techniques and strategies that we had observed, making our lessons more engaging and impactful.
Applying our TESOL/ELT knowledge during the practicum helped us meet our student's language learning needs and reinforced the importance of ongoing professional development. It highlighted areas where we could continue to grow and refine our skills, emphasizing the need to stay up to date with current research and best practices in TESOL/ELT. Reflection and self-assessment are crucial for continual improvement as an educator.
